SHAW FESTIVAL FILM FESTIVAL NOW UNDERWAY

The world famous Shaw Festival located in Niagara on the Lake (just north of Niagara Falls) has started their eagerly awaited Shaw Festival Film Series.
This series, in its sixth year, just gets better ever year.
In conjunction with the Toronto International Film Festival 11 different films will be screened beginning Saturday, Dec. 4th (Mao’s Last Dance) and continue every Saturday at 3pm until the end of February.
Then beginning January 14th six film documentary films will be shown on Fridays at 5:30 pm.
All films will be screened in the Theatre Festival.
The cost is $11.00 per film or a Film Festival Pass for $115.00. You can get the full line-up by visiting their site at www.shawfest.com.
When you are in Niagara on the Lake be sure to leave time to stroll the lovely downtown area. This is the perfect time of the year to visit many of the local wineries and sample our world famous ice-wines.
